We at ANAYENT.COM are inviting all licensed Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Owner/ Builders and Attorneys to join us in changing the construction industry into a truly Professional and Ethical occupation where Performance and Pay are not taken for granted. Think about how our economy and personal lives would change if every company honored the handshakes and the contracts that they had agreed to and signed.

We here at anayaent.com have established a forum for all in the construction industry to voice their opinions about any company they have either worked for or paid to for the benefit of others. This in itself will create a true and verifiable history of ethical business practices. Think about how your company can benefit, simply by reading the past history of a company with which you have an interest in either hiring or contracting.

The directory is for all members to search companies and either request bids from, or request to be included in their bidders list, and verify their references at the same time.

Imagine all the stories out there. Each of us has experienced unacceptable business practices. Now visualize the change that must and will take place. Before these changes can happen, we must guide the direction into a positive and prosperous one for all in the construction industry, their families and future generations that will follow us.

We would like to see every company in the United States join in and voice their opinions.

3. Develop national laws and standards toward business ethics
4. Increase awareness of business practices
5. A complete contact list of the entire construction industry
6. Long Range Plan: Create an online plan room in 3D
7. Long Range Plan: Create an estimating division that converts all plans into a schedule of values as a new standard bidding process
8. Long Range Plan: Create a 2D & 3D online plan room for all members to contact, view, estimate, bid and review bid awards all in one location
9. Create a Law Group that for an affordable Flat Fee will enforce all of your legal rights to be paid promptly as per contract with multiple lawyers on your side
10. Create a National Tool Registry Program in connection with all repair and pawn shops throughout the country
