ANAYAENT HISTORY RATING

Our sole purpose in creating this rating system is to place every company, whether a one man / woman operation or a few thousand employees on the same level playing field. All businesses have the same basic concept and when narrowed down to three valuable criteria’s, they are Ethics, Performance and Payment. We have created a way for all businesses to express there own good and bad situations regarding any company they have either worked for or hired a company to perform work.

IMPORTANT
THE SURVEY MUST BE COMPLETED ONLY AFTER PAYMENT HAS EITHER BEEN RECEIVED OR PAID OUT ON A PER PROJECT BASIS. YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO SUBMIT A SURVEY AND RATE THIS COMPANY WITH THE COMPLETION OF MEMBER SUBMISSION OF A NEW COMPANY & PROJECTS FROM OUR WEBSITE, THIS IS NEEDED TO VERIFY YOUR ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO RATE ANOTHER COMPANY ONLY IF, YOUR COMPANY WAS HIRED BY OR YOU HIRED THEM.

The Survey is compromised of twelve simple questions:
1) Management Personnel - there are 5 critical points

  • contract negotiating
  • ethics
  • professionalism
  • communication skills
  • business practices

Management is at times distant from the field and normally one sided, but to be fair they control all funds and have to protect themselves at the same time, yet there is always a compromise and remember without a sub there is no general and without a general there is no organization and finally without an owner there are no funds. How did management treat your company in the process?

2) Field Personnel – 5 critical points

  • scheduling
  • problem solving
  • quality control
  • communication skills
  • resolving disputes

Field employees are the boots on the ground, they get hit from all sides in completing a project, they adjust and reschedule continuously, which at times are unforgiving yet most complete their work. How did the Field Personnel treat your company?

3) Pay History – variable amounts vs. actual days paid after invoice due date

As a business tool, What is it worth to your business to have the knowledge of a company’s pay history directly from past clients/ customers of that company?

4) Change Orders – Only choose one

  • verbal
  • signed prior to start of work
  • signed during the work
  • signed after completion of change order work
  • accepted then re-negotiated after completion

Change orders are normally the most common accepted loss for any contractor, only due to the fact that litigation costs do not justify the return, yet it was your money that completed the work.
