ANAYAENT - NEW COMPANY SUBMISSIONS
This section covers the reason for submitting a new company, either your own or another that you have worked for or hired.
Since there are millions of companies in the construction industry, we simply need your help in registering any company that you have personally worked with (past or present).
We are determined to include all companies in the United States into our database, which every name will be in our contacts directory and forum but with the enormous amount of companies, along with all of the upcoming new licensed companies this is beyond our capabilities at this beginning stage of ANAYAENT, with your help upon receiving your information, we will include any company you may wish to comment on ASAP, in essence we put your requests in front of our own list so that you may be able to start commenting and not have to wait until we get to that name you are looking for.
We only want business information, no personal information.
Our directory will always be kept updated with all new licensed companies, any changes to the status of a license will be revised, both on a weekly basis.
NEW PROJECTS SUBMISSIONS
The only way to rate a company and maintain an equal balance between parties is for Anayaent to control the rating process by the Anayaent member providing the names and locations of projects that are directly associated with that company in which they either performed work for or hired. We then create a separate database to connect all parties to a project that may otherwise be similar but not connected. When an Anayaent member wants to rate a company, they can only do so by selecting the project name from the various approved project names, otherwise the rating will not produce a result.
This was created to protect the companies being rated. There are and never will be anonymous raters; every person will be able to view who rated them and the survey results connected to a particular project and invoice.
We will never request any information that is on an invoice between both parties. The invoice number and due date are simply to provide backup proof by the submitter as to what items were completed or provided, and to reflect actual dates to which any payments were attributed.
UN-LICENSED COMPANIES SUBMISSIONS
Any unlicensed company needs to be reported to the state licensing department this where the complaint needs to be filed, since it is a time consuming process you can submit the unlicensed company information to voice your opinions and problems in which you were forced to deal with and to help others avoid the same mistake.
Unlicensed companies are trying to make a quick dollar; some are excellent at completing the job, while others are there to take advantage of you. The only solution is to not hire any unlicensed company for the most important reason of all, you have no recourse only justice but that will not resolve you immediate problem.
The reason all homeowners use an unlicensed contractor is to save themselves money, but in reality when you search for a licensed contractor and research there credentials you will be surprised how competitive they can be, now you have the best possible scenario a reputable and dependable contractor that will complete an excellent job, pay the bills associated to your project and most importantly satisfy the homeowner to be recommended for future work.
When you submit a company’s information, we will email you back promptly that your requests have been updated and ready for your comments.
