Anaya is committed to safeguarding the privacy on the information you transmit over the Internet through use of the Software and the Web Site. Please read the following policy to understand how your information will be treated. This policy applies to information submitted to Anaya through the Internet only. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using the Web Site, you agree that your use of our Web Site, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
Because the Internet is an evolving medium, Anaya may need to change its Privacy Policy at some point in the future, in which case Anaya post the changes to this Privacy Policy on this Web Site and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the Web Site after the changes are posted, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.
The Software and Web Site are not for use of those under age 13.
What information does Anaya collect from me?
We may keep track of how many visitors we have, when they visit, and where they come from (their domain name, such as aol.com). Our Web server recognizes each visitor’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and the action of each person while on the Web Site. We collect aggregate information on those pages that persons access or visit. The information we collect is used to measure traffic within the Web Site, improve the content of the Web Site and for internal review.
We also may collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number or e-mail address in several ways. Some personal information is gathered when you register or make an online transaction or posting. E-mail addresses are collected when you communicate with us via e-mail. During registration, Anaya asks for specific information about you and/or your company, if applicable. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to Anaya and are able to take full advantage of certain Anaya offerings. You will choose a user name and password which you can retain and use for various activities.
In addition to registration, Anaya may ask you for information at other times, including when you are involved in posting or streaming information to or from the Software or Web Site, when you make an online purchase, or when you report a problem with our Software, Web Site or other products and services.
If you contact Anaya we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may occasionally use e-mail and postal addresses to notify users about updates to the Software, Web Site or products, new products and services, or upcoming events we think you might find interesting. Anaya may also occasionally ask members and users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes. Wherever Anaya collects personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties online - for example on message boards, web logs, through email, or in chat areas - that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides Anaya. Anaya cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
The Web Site may include links to other websites and provides access to products and services offered by third parties, whose privacy policies Anaya does not control. When you access another website or purchase third-party products or services through the Web Site, use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting or the provider of such products or services.
Why is information collected?
Anaya’s primary goal in collecting information is to track and manager user activity and posted comments, provide services to you, improve the Software or Web Site, and provide you with the best possible experience on the Software or Web Site.

As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell businesses or assets. In such transactions, confidential customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the event of a transaction involving the sale of some or all of Anaya’ business, the customer information may be one of the transferred assets.
